See collections, denials and AR the moment they move
A monthly report tells you about a problem three weeks after it started. Live dashboards let you notice it in the week it begins, which is usually while it is still fixable.
Core capabilities
What you can see
Collections as they land
Payments posted and reconciled continuously, so today’s position is today’s position rather than last month’s.
Denial rate against the guarantee
Your current rate shown against the sub-5% commitment in your agreement. Visible to you continuously, not reported selectively.
Days in AR
How long your money is taking to arrive, broken down by payer so you can see which one is slow.
Aging buckets
What is sitting at 30, 60, 90 and 120 days, and what is at risk of ageing past the point of being worth chasing.
Clean claim rate
How often a claim is paid on the first pass, which is the single best early indicator of billing quality.
Payer performance
Which payers deny most, reimburse slowest, and cost you the most in rework.
How it works
How it gets set up
Connect your data
The dashboard reads from your billing data, whether that is our platform or the EHR you already use.
Set your benchmarks
We agree what good looks like for your specialty and size, so the numbers have context rather than sitting there raw.
Choose who sees what
Practice owners usually want the whole picture. Managers often want AR and denials only.
Review it together
Your account contact walks the numbers with you regularly, so the dashboard drives decisions rather than just existing.
What changes
Why it matters
Most practices we take on cannot answer three basic questions about their own revenue. This fixes that.
You can answer ‘what is our denial rate’
Immediately, with a number, rather than an estimate. That question is the fastest way to find out whether billing is under control.
Problems surface in days, not months
A payer that starts denying a particular code shows up as a pattern quickly, while there is still time to correct the claims behind it.
Nobody has to prepare a report
The numbers are the numbers. No month end scramble, and nothing filtered on its way to you.
Human oversight
Where the person comes in
The dashboard reports, it does not decide. Where a number moves in a way that matters, your named account contact raises it with you rather than leaving you to notice it. Automation surfaces the signal, a person explains what it means.
That boundary is deliberate and we hold it across every agent we run. AI prepares and flags. A trained person reviews and decides, and is accountable for the result.
- Figures come straight from your billing data, unfiltered
- Your denial rate is always visible, including when it is bad
- A person reviews the trends with you regularly
- You keep access to the underlying detail, not just summaries
Questions
Answers, straight
Does this work if we use our own EHR?
Yes. The dashboard reads from your billing data whether you are on our platform or the system you already use.
Is it included, or an extra cost?
It is included with revenue cycle management at 2.99% of collections, and with the $250 per month platform. There is no separate reporting charge.
How current is ‘real time’?
Data updates continuously as claims and payments move. It is not a nightly batch that leaves you looking at yesterday.
Can we export the data?
Yes. It is your data, and you can take it out whenever you want.
Practice Claim handles patient financial and clinical data under HIPAA-compliant processes. We do not claim certifications or accreditations the company does not hold.
