Questions
Answers, straight
Can we use just one service instead of the whole cycle?
Yes. Plenty of practices start with denial management or AR cleanup while keeping the rest in house. If it makes sense to expand later, we expand. If it does not, we do not push.
Do we have to move off our current EHR?
No. We work inside the system you already use and integrate with the major EHR and practice management platforms. Moving to our own platform at $250 per month is an option, never a requirement.
Is a person reviewing what the AI does?
Yes. The AI flags and prepares, a person decides. No claim is submitted and no code is finalized without human review, and complex or clinical situations escalate to a named person.
What does it cost?
Full revenue cycle management is 2.99% of collections, so we are paid on what is actually collected for you. Our EHR and practice management platform is $250 per month and can be taken on its own. Full detail is on the pricing page.
