How this compares

What practices usually pay instead

We are not going to name other vendors or make claims about their products. What we can describe honestly is the pattern practices tell us about when they come to us from a legacy system.

Onboarding time

Legacy platforms commonly involve a multi-month implementation and paid training. Most of our practices are live within about four weeks, including the parallel run.

All in one versus assembled

Charting, scheduling, billing and the patient portal are one product here. The common alternative is three or four separate contracts that each blame the others when something breaks.

Price transparency

Our two numbers are on this page. Practices routinely tell us they could not get a straight price from a vendor without going through several sales calls first.

Pricing questions practices actually ask

What exactly is included in the 2.99%?

The full revenue cycle: coding review, claim submission, payment posting, denial management and appeals, AR follow up, eligibility verification, prior authorization support and patient billing support, plus your dashboard and a dedicated specialty trained team. There is no separate charge for denial work, which is where percentage models often hide fees.

Is 2.99% calculated on collections or on charges?

Collections. It is a percentage of money actually received by your practice, not a percentage of what was billed. Billing on charges pays a vendor whether or not you get paid, and we do not think that model should exist.

How long is the contract, and can we leave?

We will confirm current terms in writing during your consultation, including notice period and how your data is returned if you leave. If a billing company is unwilling to put exit terms in plain language before you sign, that is worth noticing regardless of who you choose.

How is billing accuracy guaranteed?

Two ways. Every code we submit is signed off by a certified coder, and every claim is scored by our AI denial prevention engine before submission with high risk claims held for human review. The resulting sub-5% denial rate is written into your agreement with the measurement method defined, so it is a commitment rather than a marketing number.

Are there setup or onboarding fees?

Onboarding, EHR connection and the credentialing review at the start are covered as part of getting you live. If your situation involves unusual work, such as a large backlog of aged claims, we will quote that separately and in advance rather than surprising you later.

Do we have to buy the software to use the billing service?

No. Most of our clients keep their existing EHR and we work inside it. The $250 per month platform is there for practices that want to consolidate, and the two are priced independently.

Does the AI cost extra?

The AI agents that support the billing workflow are included in the 2.99%. Agents that extend your front office, such as the 24/7 patient chat and scheduling agents, are scoped during your consultation because the right configuration depends on your patient volume.
