Is the consultation really free?
Yes. We review your claims sample and aging report, and we give you the findings whether or not you work with us. We do this because the fastest way to show what we are worth is to show you what you are currently losing.
Do we have to move off our current EHR?
No. We work inside the system you already use and integrate with the major EHR and practice management platforms. Moving to our own platform is an option at $250 per month, never a requirement.
How do you handle patient data for the review?
We sign a business associate agreement before you send anything, and we only need a sample rather than your full history. All patient financial and clinical data is handled under HIPAA-compliant processes. Please do not include patient information in the form above.
How long until we would be live?
Most practices are fully live in about four weeks. That includes a parallel run, where we bill alongside your existing process so you can compare results directly before anything switches over.
What does it cost if we go ahead?
Full revenue cycle management is 2.99% of collections, so we are paid on what is actually collected for you. Our EHR and practice management platform is $250 per month and can be taken on its own. Full detail is on our pricing page.
