Pricing and contracts
What it costs
What does revenue cycle management cost?
2.99% of collections. We are paid a percentage of what we actually collect for you, so if we do not collect, we do not get paid. There is no separate charge for onboarding, the EHR connection, or the credentialing review at the start.
What does the software cost on its own?
Our EHR and practice management platform is $250 per month, and it can be taken without the billing service. It includes charting, scheduling, billing and the patient portal.
Are there setup fees or long contracts?
Onboarding, the EHR connection and the credentialing review are included in getting you live. If your situation involves unusual work, such as a large backlog of aged claims, we quote that separately and in advance rather than surprising you later.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. We review a sample of your recent claims and your aging report, and you keep the findings whether or not you work with us. If your billing is already in good shape, we will tell you that.
Getting started
Switching to us
How long does it take to go live?
Most practices are fully live within about four weeks. That includes a parallel run, where we bill alongside your existing process so you can compare results directly before anything switches over.
Do we have to move off our current EHR?
No. We work inside the system you already use, and we integrate with the major EHR and practice management platforms. Moving to our own platform is an option, never a requirement.
What happens to our aged AR when we switch?
We take it on and work it. This is the most common gap when practices switch: the new company starts on new claims, the old one stops caring, and everything already in flight quietly ages out. We agree in writing who works the existing aging, from what date.
Will our staff lose their jobs?
That is your decision, not ours. In most practices we take over the payer facing work, and the front office staff go back to the patient facing work they were hired for. Some practices do reduce billing headcount over time. Others simply stop needing to hire.
Do you work with our specialty?
We bill for 52 specialties, from behavioral health and cardiology through to surgical and diagnostic services. You can browse the full list, and if yours is not shown, ask us. Your billing team is trained in your specialty rather than assigned at random.
How we work
People, AI and results
How is the sub-5% denial rate guarantee measured?
On claims we submit, as a percentage of total claims submitted in a period. The exact definition is written into your agreement. Denials caused by information we never received are handled separately and flagged to you rather than counted silently.
Is a person reviewing what the AI does?
Yes. The AI flags and prepares, a person decides. No claim is submitted and no code is finalized without human review, and complex or clinical situations escalate to a named person on your account.
Do we get a dedicated contact?
Yes. You get a named account contact who knows your practice and your specialty, rather than a general support queue.
What reporting do we get?
Real time dashboards covering collections, denials and days in AR, which you can open at any time. Not a monthly PDF that tells you about a problem three weeks after it started.
How do you handle patient data?
Patient financial and clinical data is handled under HIPAA-compliant processes, and we sign a business associate agreement before you send us anything containing it. We do not claim certifications or accreditations the company does not hold.
Can we see how we are performing against the guarantee?
Yes, that is what the dashboard is for. Your denial rate is visible to you continuously, not reported to you selectively.
