Your dashboard sign in link is provided when your account goes live, and it is specific to your practice and the platform your billing runs on.
If you have bookmarked it, use that link. If you cannot find it, call your account contact or the number below and we will resend it straight away.

- Your current denial rate against the guarantee in your agreement
- Days in AR, and what is ageing past 90 days
- Clean claim rate and first pass payment
- Claims submitted, paid, denied and appealed
Need help
Support for existing clients
- Cannot sign in? Call us and mention your practice name. We do not use a ticket queue for access problems.
- Question about a claim? Your named account contact is the fastest route.
- Adding a provider? Let us know early so credentialing does not hold up billing.
- Never send patient information by email or through the website forms.
