Nothing re-keyed
The encounter, the charge and the claim are the same record. Re-keying between systems is where charges get dropped.

Your data is yours. If you decide the platform is not right, we will export it for you rather than making the exit difficult.
Human oversight
Where the person comes in
The platform automates the mechanical parts of documentation and charge capture, but it does not practice medicine and it does not finalize a code. Your clinical judgment stays yours, and where the platform suggests a code, a certified coder confirms it before anything is submitted.
That boundary is deliberate and we hold it across every agent we run. AI prepares and flags. A trained person reviews and decides, and is accountable for the result.

Answers, straight
Do we have to use your billing service to use the platform?
No. The platform is $250 per month on its own, and plenty of practices run it while keeping billing in house. If you later want us to take on billing, nothing needs to be migrated again.
What happens to our existing patient data?
We migrate demographics, schedules and open balances, and we agree the scope in writing before we start so there are no surprises about what came across.
Is there a setup fee or a long contract?
Implementation, configuration and training are included in getting you live. If your situation involves unusual work, such as a very large historical data migration, we quote that separately and in advance.
How long does implementation take?
Most practices are live in about four weeks, including data migration and training.
Practice Claim handles patient financial and clinical data under HIPAA-compliant processes. We do not claim certifications or accreditations the company does not hold.
