Practice Claim is a medical billing and revenue cycle company based in Austin, Texas. We work for practices across the United States, in more than fifty specialties, and we are paid on what we actually collect for you.
Why we exist
The work is not complicated, it is relentless
Almost every practice we meet is losing money in the same quiet way. Not through one disaster, but through eligibility that was checked too early, an authorization that expired two visits ago, and a stack of denials nobody had the hours to appeal before the window closed.
None of that is hard to fix in principle. It is hard to fix consistently, every day, while a waiting room fills up. That gap between knowing what should happen and having the hours to make it happen is the entire reason this company exists.
So we built a team of specialty trained billers, and we gave them automation to handle the repetitive parts. Not to replace their judgment. To make sure nothing falls through while they are using it.

How we work
Four things we do not compromise on
A person decides
AI prepares and flags. A certified person reviews and decides. No claim is submitted and no code is finalized without human review, and anything complex escalates to a named person.
Paid on what we collect
Our fee is a percentage of collections. If we do not collect, we do not get paid, which keeps our incentive and yours pointed in the same direction from the first day.
Nothing hidden behind a call
Our pricing is published in full on this website. You should not have to sit through a sales process to find out what something costs.
Prove it, do not promise it
Every practice starts with a parallel run, where we bill alongside your existing process so you can compare results directly. No practice should take a billing company’s word for it, including ours.
