Practice Claim referral program
Know a practice that needs better billing? Tell us.
Physicians, consultants and healthcare professionals refer practices to Practice Claim every week. If your referral becomes an eligible client, you may qualify for a reward under our program terms.
Why refer
One introduction. Two wins.
A good referral connects a practice with the revenue cycle support it needs, and rewards the partner who made the connection.
Make the introduction
Refer a physician, clinic, medical group, laboratory, dental practice, or other eligible healthcare organization that needs stronger revenue cycle support.
We take the conversation from there
Our team reviews the practice’s needs and walks them through the right Practice Claim services. You do not have to sell anything.
Qualify for a referral reward
If the practice becomes an eligible client and meets program requirements, you may qualify for a referral reward.
Referral reward
Your network has value. So does a good referral.
Referral reward
Eligible referrals may qualify for a reward

Eligibility
What makes a referral count
Not every name is an eligible referral. A qualified referral is generally:
- A legitimate US healthcare organization or provider
- A new prospect not already actively engaged with Practice Claim
- Introduced with the contact’s knowledge or appropriate permission
- Potentially interested in one or more Practice Claim services
- Submitted with accurate business contact information
- Eligible under the final Referral Program Terms
Submitting a name alone does not guarantee eligibility.

An eligible physician, medical practice, clinic, medical group, laboratory, dental practice, or other healthcare organization that could benefit from Practice Claim services.
How much can I earn?
Eligible referrals may qualify for a reward under the current Practice Claim Referral Program Terms. Confirm reward amounts and requirements with us before making a referral.
When is a referral considered successful?
A referral qualifies for a reward only once it meets the requirements in the Referral Program Terms. Submitting contact information alone does not qualify for payment.

Yes, subject to program eligibility requirements. Each referral is evaluated on its own.
What if the practice is already talking with Practice Claim?
Existing prospects, current clients, previously submitted referrals, or organizations already in an active sales process with Practice Claim may not qualify.
Do I need to sell Practice Claim services myself?
No. Make the introduction. Our team handles discovery, service discussions and onboarding.
What information should I submit?
The organization name, the right business contact, state, specialty, and anything that helps us understand why the practice might be a fit.
Know a practice that could use us?
Make the introduction. We will handle the conversation from there.
