Billers here work a specialty rather than whatever lands in the queue. You get to actually know the modifier rules and payer behavior for your area instead of guessing across fifty of them.
The AI does the boring part
Automation handles the gathering, checking and chasing. You make the decisions that need judgment. We built it that way deliberately, and we are not looking to automate you out of the loop.
Denials get worked
Every denial is appealed in the same week rather than triaged into a pile nobody gets to. If you have ever watched good claims expire because there were not enough hours, you will understand why that matters.
